#365newbie: Day??? Sandy A Grounding Podcast

October 29, 2012 By Nancy Alder

Hey all.. hunkering down here in CT as Sandy makes her epic entrance.  Last night I went into my basement and recorded a mini-practice for my yogis who are stuck at home and a bit unsettled due to the weather.  This first chakra focused podcast aims to help you feel grounded and safe.  I am working on minimal battery power right now so not able to check and see if there are recording issues (there might be/cable is flickering a bit as is our internet).  Please let me know here if you have issues listening to it or there are any sound quality / recording problems.  It is free and available for download to iTunes so you can listen to it even if your internet goes kaplooey like mine soon will.

Here’s the link:  Grounded and Safe: ~ 30 min 1st Chakra podcast  Enjoy!

Be safe.  Be grounded.  Be humbled by the power of Mother Nature.  Thinking of everyone and hoping tomorrow brings sun, silence and very little damage.  Report back how you are doing in the comments.

May you find shelter from this storm!

I just finished doing your grounded podcast and feel so calm. It was a perfect practice during the fury of weather outside. Thank you!
